City’s Mobile Office heads to Seawinds and Delft South

This week, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be taking municipal services to the Seawinds Community Centre on Thursday, 28 November 2024 and to the Delft South Community Hall on Friday, 29 November 2024. A wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries will be availed. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.
The details of the visit are as follows:
• Thursday, 28 November 2024, from 10:00 to 14:00 at the Seawinds Community Centre, St Stephen Avenue, Seawinds
• Friday, 29 November 2024, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Delft South Community Hall, 508 Delft Main Road, Delft South
The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City on a wide range of enquiries ranging from rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
‘Taking the City’s services to Seawinds and Delft South is our way of showing that we are committed to bringing services to residents and making local government more accessible to all. Residents are reminded to please bring along their ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
